Play Group
I joined a group called Central Austin Parents. The group consists of parents of babies who were born in 2010 and 2011. I found the group on meetup.com because I wanted to start meeting people in this new place. Each week there are various events to attend and opportunities to meet up! We go on walks, have play dates in the park (Well, the babies crawl around on blankets and the moms talk!), go to story time, etc. I've met some really nice ladies so far, and Libby is making some great friends too! It's fun to get out of the house, visit, play, and even get some exercise. This was our most recent meet up at the park.
In this picture I'm holding one of the babies. Libby's not so sure about the situation. After she assessed the situation, she decided it was fine, and she would play with the baby's toes!

That's so neat that there's a group like that Codi! I need to find one here. Jace would love to have friends close by to do stuff with every week. So glad you have that! It will make staying home so much easier (assuming that's what you decided?). Libby is getting so cute! Hope everything is going well in Austin!
